Water Bottles:
• Returns for water bottles are accepted within 48 hours of purchase for reasons such as incorrect color, size, or buyer’s remorse.
• Returns will only be accepted if the bottle and filter remain unused. If the filter shows signs of use, the return will be void.
• All returns must include the original receipt, packaging, and all included accessories.
Shower Filters, Water Faucets, and Water Pump Filters:
• Defective products can be replaced if a fault in the filter is detected within 10 days of purchase.
• Returns due to improper installation or misuse by the customer will not be accepted.
